Residence composto da alloggi che si affacciano direttamente sul lago di Como. ||Noi abbiamo affittato l’alloggio C (mulino) per capodanno. Su due piani, dispone di ampio ingresso living con cucina e 3 camere da letto più divano (in totale 8 posti). La camera da letto al piano superiore ha una grande vetrata con balcone vista lago. L’arredamento è modernissimo, molto semplice e dai colori tenui. All’esterno un giardino con piscina.||Ambiente assolutamente rilassante, soleggiato e stupendo.

Residence molto bello, affaccia direttamente sul lago e sull'isola di Comacina. L'appartamento "Mulino" composto al piano terra da salotto con sala da pranzo, bagno, cucina, una camera e un bel balcone. Primo piano con ripostiglio, e due camere(una con vetrata davvero suggestiva). ||Nota stonata..essendo un appartamento da 8 posti letto servirebbero almeno 2/3 parcheggi auto.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene: appartamento pulito e vista eccezionale. La cucina è ben fornita, peccato però la mancanza del forno! La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha risolto velocemente alcuni piccoli problemi.

Stayed in one of the larger apartments for a week in mid August. Very mixed experience: booking.com has this as no. 22 which is directly by the lake, and not as the actual number with the main road in between which makes this incredibly noisy day and night. You can barely sit outside and definitely not sleep with open windows. Had I known, I would not have booked this place. The TV was broken (like, completely, not even with HDMI cable) and one air conditioning unit leaking onto the main bed. The agency and the owner knew about it but apparently never fixed it.
Kitchen had most items except a dangerous Teflon pan with only metal utensils (!) - had to throw away the scrambled eggs. At least the agency replaced them immediately upon request
Modern rooms, pool is nice enough and there is a car park directly under the building. Fantastic view over the lake and an island otherwise.

Booked this Villa because we had a family wedding in Lenno. Everyone kept saying how perfect is was and how well I had done. We were a party of ten ranging in age from 11 - 64 years old. The lift (elevator) helped with the luggage across 3 floors, the garage was very convenient for the rental car. The ping pong table and jacuzzi were fun for down time after touring around. The kitchen was well appointed. The terrace, garden and views were all exceptional.||We were completely spoiled by our concierge, Debora. She had so much local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. She booked a fabulous private boat tour to tour around and go to and from Bellagio, as well as helping with cabs and restaurant reservations.

Stayed here for a week ending today, sad to be going home. |Came for the fireworks show for the Festival San Giovanni on 22nd June 2019, the view from the balcony of the Isola Apartment D was awesome. The festival does a big 30 min fireworks show on the island just opposite (Isola Comacina) which was a great start to the holiday. If thinking of coming in June, recommend the date to include the fireworks/ festival. |Sara who owns the building was a great guide and was extremely helpful, giving tips of where to go and what to see while here. |We didn’t hire a car but would recommend one as buses and especially taxis were very unreliable and few and far between, and would be useful to travel further up the west coast of the lake. |Pool has lush views and great Genera amenities. Nearest supermarket 15 mins walk up toward Lenno although roads around do not always have pavements so definitely recommend a cargo you have children in your party. |Overall fab holiday and place to stay, Sara is a really great host |
